The recognition and settlement of the obligation of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Albania to the General Directorate of Armaments in the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of France, for the technical inspection carried out during the acceptance process of the three Cougar AS532AL helicopters, purchased by the Ministry of Defence under contract no. 6853/10, dated 17.12.2009, with the object “For the purchase of 5 medium multi-role AS532 AL helicopters”, ratified by law no. 10222, dated 4.2.2010, as amended, in the amount of 180,000 (one hundred and eighty thousand) euros, converted into lek. 2. The financial effects for the settlement of this obligation shall be covered by the funds approved for the Ministry of Defence in the budget program “Combat forces”, article 231, “Capital expenditure”. 3. The Ministry of Defence is charged with implementing this decision. This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the Official Gazette.
