A mentally ill man has executed two brothers and then, with two pistols in his hands, began firing at citizens who came his way. Terrified residents ran for their lives, while two random passers-by were injured. The serious incident, in which the brothers Gentjan and Andrea Cara, aged 32 and 31 respectively, were killed, took place yesterday morning near the minibus station. The police, who were close to the scene, intervened immediately to neutralize the perpetrator, Altin Piroli, who was shouting loudly that he was Jesus Christ. It is learned that the 27-year-old, known to everyone as a problematic person and socially dangerous, pointed the pistol at the chief of order at the Laç Police Station. Fortunately, Piroli had run out of bullets and the gun clicked empty. A few minutes after the incident, the police handcuffed the murderer.... Continues on page 13
