The usurer has no real estate, only a not insignificant amount of money By LORENC RABETA While the Tirana court has officially started the bankruptcy proceedings of the pyramid scheme company “Sude,” only 40 creditors took part in the March 18 meeting, where the remaining assets and the way they will be distributed were reported. According to Mimoza Çibuku, who is in charge of administering the bankruptcy proceedings of this company, “Sude” has no immovable assets, only financial assets. The administrator confirmed to “Gazeta Shqiptare” that only about 40 creditors showed up at last month’s meeting, while, according to her, a considerable amount of financial assets still remains in the company’s possession. “I cannot give you information about the total amount of assets, but there is a relatively substantial sum of money, while it does not own real estate. About 40 creditors took part in the March 18 meeting out of 19,000 in total,” Çibuku said. Further Continues on page 5
