The procedure for how soldiers are released from service is clarified. Criteria for promotion, maximum age for remaining in service The new law on career progression in the Armed Forces, which for the first time lays down in detail the years of service and the age of each member for promotion in rank, has reached Parliament awaiting approval in the parliamentary committees and plenary session. This law aims to define the criteria for admission to the Armed Forces, the rank order, promotion in rank and career, the termination of military career, as well as the authorities responsible for career development in the Armed Forces. If you do not advance in rank, according to the law, you are placed in reserve. “GSH” is publishing today the first half of the military law; the other half will follow tomorrow.
