The court decides to morally compensate the family of Pjetër Arbnori, described as the “Mandela” of Albania, because in a book by the former political prisoner T. K., he is described as a “collaborator of the State Security”. The two levels of the judiciary order the defendant T. K., author of the book “Don Sllobodani i Serbisë”, to compensate with 1,000 lekë as moral damages caused to the relatives of the deceased.
