In an interview for “Gazeta Shqiptare”, he states that it is impossible for planes to land at the Gjadër base. The former president explains that the whole story seems to him like the tales of Tom Sawyer, where nothing is established as fact, but there are many unverified claims. “I think that so far there is not a single fact and not a single argument. I think that so far there are only unsubstantiated claims,” says Moisiu. The accusations of using the Army for drug trafficking were first used during last Thursday’s parliamentary session by former Defense Minister Arben Imami.
