The payment of around 4.5 billion lek has been made as part of the strategy for settling overdue obligations. The payments include obligations accumulated since 2009. The Ministry of Finance says that so far the VAT reimbursement debt has been settled by 71% and funds are expected to be allocated for companies that have not yet benefited.
