Around 9:00 yesterday morning, the 32-year-old, accompanied by other police forces, was taken to his home in Shkozet, where he killed Shaban Babasi, 27, and Albert Kasalla, 32, and was then taken to the area of Këneta, where he burned the two bodies of the victims.
