Here are the files with missing elements that have remained unresolved By LORENC RABETA The Agency for Property Restitution and Compensation has revealed 8,600 property files and the corresponding decisions for the capital, starting from 1993. Each file in the AKKP archive now contains the registration date, the names of the expropriated entities, as well as those claiming these properties, the areas recognized for restitution and those returned, court decisions and the specific issues in each file. What stands out is that a large number of files have problems ranging from missing documentation to the absence of an official decision concerning them. “Gazeta Shqiptare” today published the first 4,300 names from the Tirana files disclosed by AKKP, together with the issues in each one, while the rest will be published tomorrow.
