The young man from Pogradec, missing for 1 year A group of MPs from the PS, LSI and PDIU has submitted to Parliament for approval a draft law that provides for prison sentences of 3-8 years for participation in an armed conflict taking place on the territory of a foreign state, as well as 5-10 years in prison when this criminal offense is committed with the aim of overthrowing the constitutional order or violating the territorial integrity of a foreign state. Meanwhile, incitement, recruitment or financing for participation in these combat acts is proposed to be punished by 5-15 years in prison. “Gazeta Shqiptare” publishes this draft law in full today.
