Table showing how each year since 1993 can be paid for by self-employed workers in agriculture By OLA MITRE Since the beginning of last month, the government decided to waive the late-payment penalties on social insurance contributions for self-employed workers in agriculture, while after the approval of the decision, the Minister of Social Welfare and Youth, Erion Veliaj, publicly stated that emigrants can also benefit from it. Just as the latest period, known for the gain of years in the case of holidays, has also been specially resolved for them. However, not all emigrants can benefit from this decision, but only some of them.
