of the killings, faces
two charges of “murder
with violence resulting in
death” and “unlawful
possession of weapons.”
While explaining to the
police the reasons for the
killing of the two Czech
tourists, Mjacaj stated that
the aim of the incident was
a robbery, but since the
driver had resisted, braking
and grabbing the weapon,
he shot him in the back of
the head and then the girl.
