The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, is being advised by a Serbian expert regarding the management of government finances.” The news was published by the well-known Serbian newspaper “Kurir”, according to which the deputy prime minister in the Serbian government in the years 2007-2011, Bozhidar Delić, will assist the head of the Albanian government. “Kurir” writes that Delić’s engagement in the project with the Albanian government was also discussed and agreed upon by Prime Minister Edi Rama himself during the visit the Albanian prime minister made to Paris in June of last year. Bozhidar Delić is part of the company “Lazard” (French Investment Bank Lazard). Delić has been appointed for several months as its executive director.
