Luan Qarri, during the night of Saturday, while returning from work as a guard at a private business, was swept away by the surge of the stream as he was traveling in his vehicle. Official sources from the police directorate of this county stated that the father of four was carried away by the strong current of water, which took him near the seashore by a tourist resort, where he was found dead. It is learned that it was the owners of this business who alerted the police forces that, on yesterday morning, they had seen the lifeless body of a person inside a vehicle in the Radhimë area.
