Attempts involving tritol in the capital are back. The duralumin businessman Ervis Imeri, 31, can be considered very lucky, since a few minutes before starting the rented car, he saw a suspicious package placed near the gear lever. The son-in-law of a building contractor did not hesitate to notify the police, and the engineering experts managed to deactivate the explosive, which turned out to be 600 grams of tritol divided into three blocks, ready to explode. The police are investigating to shed light on the incident and to find out whether Imeri is in fact the target of the assassination attempt, or some other person, since the car is not owned by the 31-year-old but was rented by him. They are also investigating a possible conflict involving Imeri’s father-in-law, due to his activity as a builder, which may have led to the attack on his son-in-law. ...
