Here are the penalties: a 500,000 lek fine for undeclared workers By ORNELA MANJANI Businesses that do not pay their tax obligations will face coercive measures, which go as far as the forced seizure of daily turnover. In article 11 of the draft law, which has been submitted to Parliament, a new coercive measure for the collection of tax debts is proposed. In point 2 of article 89, it is stipulated that if the taxpayer does not exercise the right of appeal and does not pay the tax liability, the tax administration must collect the tax, using one or more of the methods provided for in this draft.
