NEW DECISION / The government grants payment for officers serving far from their place of residence 40 lek per hour for training personnel. Full pay for family bereavement Police officers, whenever they serve outside the city where they live, will receive per diems in the form of a "travel allowance". The Albanian government approved yesterday the decision on the "compensation for the privations and losses caused to the employee of the State Police due to the needs of work and service", which opened the way to financial benefits for police officers. Officers benefit from 3 thousand to 15 thousand new lek per month, depending on the distance of the place where they will carry out their service.
