Shouting these words, Arbjon and Al- ban Aliko, suspected as the organizers of the crimi- nal group in Lazarat, sur- rended yesterday to the State Police after being surrounded in the village of Kar- dhiq. The surrender of the Alikos has taken place without armed resistance, after negotia- tions by their father with the Director General of the State Po- lice, Haki Çako. Police sources told 'Gazeta Shqiptare' that the location of the Aliko broth- ers came after police re- ceived reliable information about who supplied them with food; they identified this person and followed his car until the moment of con- tact with those being sought. Shortly after the arrest, their father, Adil Aliko stated that he had negotiated with Di- rector Haki Çako about the situation and had requested guarantees for the lives of his 2 sons.
