The Supreme Court removed the handcuffs and sent Tom Doshi and Mark Frroku, the former friends whom he accused of having staged a plot to kill MPs, to house arrest. For the penal college with rapporteur Guxim Zenelaj and members Artan Zeneli, Aleksandër Muskaj, Majlinda Andrea and Adnir Thanza, the arrest warrant for the two lawmakers signed by Chief Prosecutor Adriatik Llalla is lawful.
