Those who paid the energy bill properly get a 10% price reduction for the plot of land By ORNELA MANJANI People who have built without a permit, who have self-declared and paid the fee for the building parcel, will receive the property titles for their homes from ALUIZNI. The deadline for obtaining the ownership certificate is shortened to 10 days from the date the legalization permit is approved. People who are in the legalization process and have paid the electricity bill regularly throughout the last year will benefit from a 10% discount on the land-payment fee. These are the main changes approved at the latest meeting of the Council of Ministers. On pages 6-11
