People who have built without a permit will no longer be required to obtain the legalization permit and then register the property with the mortgage office. From today this procedure will be carried out by ALUIZNI. Citizens are relieved of the 5,000 lek fee and the property certificate will be delivered to their home. The decision has been published in the Official Gazette and enters into force today and provides that people who have built without a permit, who have self-declared and have paid the bill for the building parcel, will receive the house deeds from ALUIZNI. The deadline for obtaining a property certificate is reduced to 10 days from the date of approval...
