The government approved the increase in pensions for 635,000 pensioners based on the price index. This year’s increase is 1.6 percent. After the government meeting, the Minister of Social Welfare and Youth, Blendi Klosi, announced: “The pension increase will be implemented from 1 August 2016. The financial effects of implementing this draft decision from 1 August to 31 December 2016 are estimated at 662 million lek and will be covered by the funds planned for pension increases in the State Budget. Article 50
7. The reassessment subject who has benefited from an amount bears the obligation to return it to the collaborator of justice, regardless of having violated the law.
The reassessment subject is not entitled to claim that the gain derived from this amount has been lost over time.
The return of the amount may be demanded directly from any third person by the reassessment subject, if it is proven that a value greater than 100,000 ALL was transferred to that person without lawful cause, since 01.01.2006.
The reassessment subject and related persons have the right to file a recourse lawsuit in court against third persons who may have benefited from the relevant amount.
“The collaborator of justice” cannot be prosecuted for corruption. Anyone who benefited from more than 100 thousand lek must return it
