The procedure also for changing residence within different neighborhoods By ORNELA MANJANI To transfer a pension from one district to another, from one unit to another, or from the post office to a bank, the pensioner must fill out a standard form. The request for the transfer of the pension, of the pension file, is made at the Local Social Insurance Agency where the pensioner’s new place of residence is located, according to the standard request. The request is submitted to the receiving inspector at the ALSSH. In the event that the applicant does not reside in the territory of the ALSSH where the request is submitted, the receiving inspector explains to the interested person the procedures предусмотрed in the regulation, also providing an alternative for redirecting the pension payment to one of the Second-Level Banks. The procedure was made known by the deputy director of the Social Insurance Institute, Ali Emini, in an interview with “Gazeta Shqiptare”.
