Two days ago IKMT blew up “Prestige Resort”, a 7-storey building that for many years became an icon of the Adriatic coast, hosting numerous tourists from abroad as well as holidaymakers from Albanian regions. It was the IKMT director, Dallëndyshe Bici, who gave the ultimatum to her subordinates and signed off on the explosive demolition.
