The brother who lives in the city insists on inheriting the land and the old family home, almost destroyed by the passage of time, in Malaj of Rrëshen. L. Gjeta, who could have been the victim, is entitled to the land under the law on democratic reform. He gives up ownership of the parental building to put an end to the disagreements with his brother F. Gjeta, but insists on his legal right to be the owner of the land. Shamefully, the matter goes to court. The court, thrown off balance by this quarrel between brothers, postpones the case dozens of times. It closes it, only to reopen it again at the insistence of Ll. Gjeta. The brothers were so blinded by anger that they could not find common ground. According to Ll. Gjeta, his brother F. Gjeta paid a family friend from Plana of Lezhë to kill him. The incident between Lleshi and the would-be killer takes place at the old bridge over the Mat. Thanks to Ll.
