The Albanian President, Sali Berisha, called on Saturday for a highly damaging military action against the Serb leaders of Bosnia who rejected the latest peace plan. Berisha said in a speech before foreign-sector officials that the withdrawal of French troops from Sarajevo would be a mistake because it would encourage the Serbs to attack in the northwestern part of the country.
