The traffickers escape the police DELVINË - Police officers from the Delvinë police station have managed to seize 11 kg of cannabis sativa narcotic plants, but not the traffickers. At midnight on Thursday, at the police checkpoint set up at the place called Shen-Jan, located between the cities of Delvinë and Sarandë, two cars with Gjirokastër plates, in an attempt to avoid the checkpoint and police inspection, crashed into the trees by the roadside.
