Newspapers announce a strike
Albania “Demokracia” raises printing-house costs by 35%
It is a matter before Paul Sheytn, of the commission order, to make the factory available, as the printing-house administrative chief declared, so that the payments could be made for the fault before Mr. Berisha’s newspaper is put into circulation. According to Sheytn, the fine for delay amounts to 1.5 million old lek. “Albania” almost reduced the matter to the fact that this payment has to be made over many months. “It was enough for a [word?] [cut?] the general one more than the press.
