It is also confirmed by the CoE, our correspondent reports here, that this is a declassification of Albania as a condition of the great apparatus known by this major continental institution. Another illusion has finally passed, let us call it that. The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe stated that Albania is far from the standards of the Council of Europe and in these conditions yesterday’s political submission failed on the part of the Albanian delegation, as no one had ever expected in another country.
