Socialistët përgatisin dosjet për ata që do të falsifikojnë votat Ruçi: “Në Tiranë, 50 mijë zgjedhës të paregjistruar” “PS siguron të gjithë elektoratin shqiptar se të gjitha strukturat e saj janë organizuar dhe janë të gatshme të mbrojnë në përputhje me ligjet dhe parimet e demokracisë votën e lirë të popullit dhe fitoren e padiskutueshme të PS dhe opozitës në zgjedhjet e ardhshme”, kanë deklaruar liderët e PS në konferencën e shtypit. Po dje, pas konferencës, kanë mbërritur në zyrat e kësaj partie disa nga aktivistët e saj të shpërndarë nëpër lagjet dhe zonat votuese në kryeqytet. Sipas burimeve socialiste mësohet se njerëzit e PS që prej katër ditësh janë vënë në lëvizje dhe hetojnë privatisht mbi manipulimet e mundshme në zgjedhjet e ardhshme. Sipas një drejtuesi të PS për Tiranën, aktivistët e majtë kanë mundur të mbledhin deri tani të dhëna, mbi persona konkretë që i përkasin PD, të ngarkuar për të hartuar listat e zgjedhësve. Në informacionet e PS, rezultojnë lagje dhe zona të caktuara ku si votues janë regjistruar persona që nuk ndodhen në Shqipëri prej kohësh, madje edhe të tjerë që kanë ndërruar jetë. Gjithashtu, sipas sekretarit të përgjithshëm socialist, Gramoz Ruçi deri tani në Tiranë nuk janë regjistruar mbi 50 mijë zgjedhës, shifër kjo që vlen për të zgjedhur me shumë se dy deputetë. Aktivistët e PS, të shpërndarë në çdo lagje, kanë evidentuar jo vetëm këto shkelje, por edhe emrat e njerëzve të PD që i kanë bërë ato. I pyetur për dobinë e këtij aksioni të madh që kërkon angazhim të pashumë njerëzve, drejtuesit i PS lokale sqaron se kjo bëhet për të patur një tablo sa më të saktë të njerëzve që do të votojnë për ta ballafaquar më pas me rezultatet e votimeve. Të lidhur me këtë, socialistët shikojnë edhe regjistrimin e emrave të njerëzve të PD që janë duke manipuluar me listat e zgjedhësve. “Këta herë përgjegjësia për manipulatorët do të jetë direkte. Askush nuk mund të fshihet pas emrit të partisë dhe të kalojë pa u gjykuar. Çdokush do të përgjigjet për manipulimet e votave, me emrin e tij dhe përballë fakteve”, sqarojnë socialistët që tashmë kanë krijuar dosjet e para për ata që kanë kryer veprime të kundërligjshme. Asked about the usefulness of this large action, which requires the engagement of many people, local SP leaders explain that this is done to have as accurate a picture as possible of the people who will vote, in order to later compare it with the voting results. In connection with this, the socialists also monitor the registration of the names of DP people who are manipulating the voter lists. “This time responsibility for manipulators will be direct. No one can hide behind the name of the party and escape judgment. Everyone will answer for vote manipulation, in his own name and in the face of the facts,” explain the socialists, who have already created the first files for those who have carried out illegal actions. Ieri, dopo la conferenza, sono arrivati negli uffici di questo partito alcuni dei suoi attivisti distribuiti nei quartieri e nelle zone di voto della capitale. Secondo fonti socialiste, si apprende che gli uomini del PS da quattro giorni sono in movimento e indagano privatamente su possibili manipolazioni nelle prossime elezioni. Secondo un dirigente del PS per Tirana, gli attivisti di sinistra sono riusciti finora a raccogliere dati su persone concrete appartenenti al PD, incaricate di redigere le liste degli elettori. Nelle informazioni del PS risultano quartieri e zone determinate dove come votanti sono state registrate persone che non si trovano in Albania da tempo, e perfino altre che sono decedute. Inoltre, secondo il segretario generale socialista Gramoz Ruçi, finora a Tirana non sono stati registrati oltre 50 mila elettori, cifra sufficiente per eleggere più di due deputati. Gli attivisti del PS, distribuiti in ogni quartiere, hanno individuato non solo queste violazioni, ma anche i nomi delle persone del PD che le hanno compiute. Interrogati sull'utilità di questa grande azione, che richiede l'impegno di molte persone, i dirigenti del PS locale spiegano che ciò viene fatto per avere un quadro il più preciso possibile delle persone che voteranno, da confrontare poi con i risultati del voto. In relazione a ciò, i socialisti osservano anche la registrazione dei nomi delle persone del PD che stanno manipolando le liste elettorali. “Questa volta la responsabilità per i manipolatori sarà diretta. Nessuno può nascondersi dietro il nome del partito e sottrarsi al giudizio. Ognuno risponderà delle manipolazioni dei voti, con il proprio nome e davanti ai fatti”, spiegano i socialisti che hanno già creato i primi dossier per coloro che hanno compiuto azioni illegali.
