The European ultimatum

“We want to make it clear that we are seeking a new and lasting solution to the Albanian crisis,” Bob Dole said to reporters in Thessaloniki, before the meeting of EU foreign ministers began. He accused President Berisha of having failed to manage the protests and of dragging the country toward economic chaos. “We want to make it clear that we are seeking a new and lasting solution to the Albanian crisis,” Bob said to reporters in Thessaloniki, before the meeting of EU foreign ministers began. The country, under accusation by President Berisha for the government’s failure to manage the protests and for dragging the country toward economic chaos. Invited by the Greek authorities, yesterday there emerged the representative of the European Union’s foreign office, who asked Tirana and the government’s displaced group to bring about a new solution in a short time frame, not to harden into a final front from Albania. The front that appeared yesterday to the US chief, Olbrajt, during the meeting she had with the Foreign Minister, Tratan, that Europe says it is still not ready for a foreign mission. Europe under says it is still not ready for an extraordinary mission in the EU, but a senior political official conditioned all developments of new parliamentary solutions. If the majority in the US has also made statements during the last two or three days that Albanians would find themselves facing a condition that could compromise the entire reform undertaken over the years, it was said in statements from several years that it has benefited. The country is moving with the Albanian president Sali Berisha. The withdrawal has called for his departure if he fails to hold general elections in spring and in the year 2000, for this is the most noted president when the country has risen in mass protests and when the country around has not been fully calmed, a senior anonymous White House official told the American news agency AP. However, tied to the reaction in the May elections, a high anonymous voice from the State Department admitted that his removal would be used to a certain extent and is ending with the government scandal that has settled into independence since then until today for the idea that it is against a free Europe. “This government has never built anything,” an unidentified White House official told Reuters. “I do not think it can be solved by his removal. The fuel crisis began from the outset with general solutions in spring 2000,” he continued, while the White House spokesman, Polikoff, declared that Berisha has followed the rules over the past year. However, the head of state gave before the power, has not changed (including the progress of the overthrow), the idea of my classification of the May solutions, which proposed in advance that the other steps could propose the final partners with the government in Tirana and a more comprehensive reform. Trans, Brussels has sent US pressure. “The sins of the terrible millatists in the political deadline and the country needs a political solution as soon as possible,” said its spokesman Sava. “A new reform and a service that avoids irresponsibility and does not need to be resolved.” Greek media consider the case “dangerous.” They do not expect an initial solution through talks among governments that should be announced by the next presidency in Albania. In any case, one thing is clear. The opposition is bent on bringing down the Albanian government. At the end of yesterday’s day, the EU ministers called on the Albanian government and local actors to intensify their efforts to overcome the crisis. Their statement condemns the publication of the media and the disrespect for independence by the direction and the history of the judiciary. It also condemns the editorial office that would be foreign and issued on Albanian territory, which will soon be cleansed of any offensive information for consumers. It will also begin publishing the anti-Albanian sinful media. At the close of its statement, the EU Council expresses dissatisfaction with the overall developments in the country and calls urgently for a peaceful solution to the crisis. From 4? [?]
