The hand of the state did not make people disappear in SHIK
The ball is rolling, Albanians are not blaming one another and relatives have been under government pressure since 1991. Throughout the entire operation, Munti’s SHIK has been a blind force against the opposition and not one for stabilizing the country. This is the politics of a regime that today, with its “supply” to the executive and the administration, has left its supporters threatened. I am worried and I will cooperate with all those leaders and with the law-enforcement structures that think about Albanian integrity and only about the issue of the hand of the state and the ability to guarantee the country’s security. We must restrain emotions and remain calm, and the government must act seriously. First of all, if pressure is not applied, those who commit acts down to the most inhuman level and cause or shatter both the image of the state and its authority will be punished by the means of the law, as the tense situation depends on the lack of moral calm.
For reasons of the U.S. government, by noon all police patrols had been removed and put on hold. Katër i fashim has asked Berisha to organize elections in June and warns of complaints to the Court. Rightly, after the report and the remarks [?!] he asked to receive. Sufi of the Prime Minister’s Office decided that it had been the first. He does this [?!] by pressure from one side and not by request from the other, as has been the case. He takes the 9 March agreement and goes beyond it.

The hand of the state did not make people disappear in SHIK
Vlora is experiencing difficult days, especially with a murder? in ’91. Throughout the entire operation, SHIK of Munti has been a blind force against the opposition and not for stabilizing the country. Against the politics of a regime that today, with its “supply” to the executive and the administration and the supporters it keeps, I must stand up as the prime minister of this government and coalition. As such, with the shared concern that citizens of the governments? and Albanians have had, with which it has been seen? one for the whole? of the country? and if? the government’s moral condition? unchanged. The time has come for us, as a force, to gather. What worries me is the vain desire for revenge and hatred shown toward persons whose name they bear? The Government, despite its shortcomings, must confront this critical situation. Every attempt to use violence and inflame people’s feelings must be stopped. I must address all Albanians to be calm and think with national responsibility. No one should take the law into their own hands. The law-enforcement forces must act in accordance with the law and protect the lives of citizens.
