Rome, a blank cheque for Albanians
Borisian. I’m leaving on my own, enough speculating. KOZ is holding the referendum hostage. Malaj: I am waiting for the return of the SHIK deserters

The June 29 reality seems to have been more positive than any day after the coup. This also seems positive for the opposition. It also seems positive for the establishment of peace. Likewise, it seems that stability could return to Albania. Being tired and long awaited, Italy seems to have gathered everyone around the table again and the internal mechanisms of the government are moving as if for future general arrangements. The most classic reaction to the change of scene is to put on paper what in political vocabulary has been called a “bipolar government”, but no, the opposition, which considers its entry into government near, will take the view that there will be a fierce and exhausting competition over the way the next parliament is formed. It has been a long time since Albanians have had this “saponic” on the throne as far as [unclear]?
The object in the race of the four parties that declared themselves part of government in the post-election coalition will be post-electoral governance. Two positive neo-realist variants were added, x and y. There are two proclamations from the three right-wing parties about who will be deputy prime minister and that it will be divided into four [?]. This is a separate issue. Although almost nothing was written about the opposition in the elections of 29 June about achieving a “balance”, the party that crystallizes that hope should not be pushed too hard toward an overhaul of the administration. Beyond all the explanations of why and with what means the right-wing ministers will take power, it has been put on paper that what in political vocabulary has been called a “bipolar government”, the opposition which considers its coming to power near, seems to have the unavoidable as well as the very fact of future money. This seems to have come after a secret agreement between the parties. Therefore, after the referendum decision on the date of departure from year 3.0? [?], the opposition of which consensus will it take? Only if there were serious withdrawals and if it were given the green light to have time with doubts? Albania has never had that. The later, the worse. Because once there was a right-wing government, then a left-wing one, and there is no one to speak of justice.
Since the problems of justice and of that period [unclear] the people and the “Pyramid” did not come out in three? ture? for distribution below. This led to governance with around 4 million Albanians who still live in eight, since the moment they do not recognize governmental authority and among them there exists only the “stepwise” love of resentment. The problem of justice, which still does not seem to be resolved, still divides parts of the neglected garment? second? and to restore the hope of public order. Thus the obligation? for the parties and governance programs is not taken in an inexhaustible way, but has been? when? everyone is still speaking the right-wing words… Has it been? when? the people have lost faith. Therefore the government of the coming administration must be a government of cool-headed people and not of scattered nerves. And so it turns out that from this June political defeat of the left, the governing forces gather the political forces of the right. For the temporary and broad government? of the opposite side is being approved? and that the Rome international conference and the proclamation of the new rulers. There is a lot to sit down and discuss. Citizens want peace and governance; parliament and the state government must calm things down and put the country on the path of development. The election results speak more about the losers than about the winners. Thus it seems that the programmatic conclusion? on the new government and in the agreement program with Italy and the foreign rulers will be achieved and brought to a successful end. Finally, publicly? that in governing? in Albania, the left-wing coalition is winning convincingly. But its rulers? must administer calmly and without arrogance, considering every victory as a chance to restore the state and not the triumph of old arrogance. This is the first test of the new government.
