The blocking of Sunday’s news has opened a discussion in the leadership of PDSH and in their governance. By the end of this week, the head of the governing body will be the former Minister of Trade and member of the PD presidency, Engjëll Cara. She will replace [...] Nano at all meetings until the end of this week, since the latter is taking part in the American congress for Bill of the Council of Europe in the first 9 months of this year. The opposition party has followed the same governing procedure for its leader. The chairman of PDSH, Berisha, will be in the USA because of the invitation sent to him by the chairman of the committee for Foreign Affairs in the American Congress in a letter titled by RTVSH and, lastly, the chronicle about the arrival of socialist deputies in the premises of this institution.
