SHIK, the state none

At least judging from the anti-constitutional statements and the terror it used against people who knew about its collaboration. For more than 7 years SHIK has sown not only terror among the honest people of this country, but even more so in the persecution of other people as “foreign agents”, “collaborators of the UDB” and “right-wingers”. Unfortunately, these remain the typical slanders of a criminal structure that is playing the role of a criminal organization. Years ago, parliamentarians and some journalists exposed it at the old torture site, where a used wire was served with zeal, the bresha were kept, not in Tirana, but in Kukës and were beginning to condemn. It used retaliatory instruments and an air structure to surveil opponents of the PS and its chairman. We have heard that it collected files on honest people, artists, professors and ordinary workers. SHIK did this not simply as a defense of the law, but as a tool of political pressure. Although publicly declared an information service, in fact it turned into a denigrating instrument, putting names on citizens, summoning them for questioning and creating an atmosphere of fear. The killing a few months ago of the SHIK director sparked a wave of suspicions and debates that still have not subsided. Even today many ask who leads this organism and in whose name it acts. For this reason, in this troubled time, the country needs transparency, a service controlled by law and not by militancy, as well as a clear distancing from the old methods of pressure and intimidation. All of its action policies, including finances and penetration into institutions, do not respect national borders. Major problems are linked to illegal immigration and activities extending all the way to the Albanian coast. P. 2
