The logic of inaction

By Bledi Frenzu The defamatory warning about those accused regarding the involvement of the victims [?] in the detention of President Berisha. According to the Nedja commission report, despite the initial inaccuracies of the names and addresses, it is proven in the aftermath and as if in such a center in Albania after the destruction on February 5 of all the units. In the lines of yesterday’s newspaper, the case was published in which 4-5 people from Shkodra, legally indictable, with the industrial plant’s signatures, while the charges were still pending and they had been wounded, were taken by the SP to such institutions. As became known after this case, in a dirty and filthy hall in an industrial block near Lapraka, many Albanians passed in these months, blackened, undernourished, beaten and beyond their nerves. Nano, whom the country’s prime minister stated on TV had become a promoter with the PD, meanwhile continued the accusations of a March conspiracy and of his fall in June tied to all politics. A person’s life would be saved by logic, but to accuse with investigators and make false accusations with a lawyer. The subject of inquiry and clear acts must be established. Because of the blurred nature of the statements and the increase of hatred, as well as the scandal and the hiding within the framework of the terror report, the enormous needs for passive detention of memories and pursuits are being stirred. If the Prosecutor’s Office manages to seek consent for a person who was often called ideological, society will be forced to react. Otherwise, this would be not only silence but participation in absurdity. What is happening today reminds us that the state is seeking to justify incompetence with a show of force. 40 and 60 hundreds of Albanians linked to this case are proof that the situation remains unclear and that politically it is being abused.
