Early recess
BY GAVROSH LEVONJA
Yesterday, the first lock on parliament, Mr. Gjinushi, announced that if the government sees fit, parliament may meet before 7 September. Before leaving for the recess, the deputies unanimously approved replacing the leadership of the country with the speaker of the assembly. There were around 100 parliamentary members and several others delayed. Another point. Parliamentary recess. It was done three times, practically from one such development in Kosovo going as well to Albania. The duration, as the country of [?]kët[?] and the respect for this situation to the admiration from Kosovo can be justified by the fact that from Kosovo there is pouring a [?]otok[?]siv[?]e? with hundreds of refugees will not be in Albania.
In Kosovo, the reserve European arms have now been gathered to take trouble; such holidays will be at the center of the attention of the leaders of this country until the unclear developments in Kosovo. Perhaps the stance of the Albanian public opinion demands such a thing. For example, if the Serbs launch armed offensives in Albanian Kosovo, while the Serbian and Krajina military troops enter and withdraw within a day in Albania, the Albanian government would influence parliament by declaring and demanding that at least for a few days the deputies not leave. Thus, the preparation of this parliament is currently under way, from which it is expected that the country’s tone, attention, and commitment to the risk of destabilization of Albania will emerge as a result of the flare-up of the conflict in Kosovo.
