Berisha must come to Vlorë!
The city is shaken by riots. Dozens of petitions against the visit

The usury gamble
Just one step away from the shore near Alimusa[t], one can understand what has been opened and what it means for the present and future of Vlorë. From the words of the Mayor, of the PD, as well as from the messages sent to journalists in Tirana, the presence has become "stubborn", of the moment and the clear manner of the result of the mail. "Dead brother" sounds, otherwise in the city’s pension. The winners and solutions are concentrated only on the cost of the usuries. The whole headline of the numbers in the mail; the name of the man with glasses, Berisha, echoes around the city. It is with circles, it is presented with argumentation, but the part of the usury protest pursues the name of the man with glasses. The shock in Vlorë has been present over the last 48 hours, after the announcement that former president Berisha will stay in the symbolic anti-government city to hold a political rally in Flag Square. As hundreds of petitioners move from neighborhood to neighborhood, up apartment stairways or into hunger strikes, everywhere you find a name repeated through tools, appeals or revolt: Berisha must not come. In any case, it seems to be taking on more of a wave of civic and political reactions than a carefully planned political agenda. Berisha may come to Vlorë, but the message is clear: not in that way and not in that climate. The mayor of Vlorë, Sabri Godo[?], has described the situation as unacceptable for his city, while many citizens say that the wounds of 1997 are still open.
