If aggression were to come against Albania, on the other hand, we must be aware that our army must be strengthened by giving it the necessary motivation and armament. And precisely now, when other developments of tension seem to be moving on the northern border, the movement of armored vehicles toward the northeast cannot be excluded. This is not only a preventive measure but also a signal that Albania is not defenseless.
