Investments, do Albanians want them?

T-5[a] Investments, do Albanians want them? In time, they are among the largest that the country has. In the country, 7 million dollars out of 20.1 million are going to the repair of the Mat bridge, but there are many investments in need, they are met with all kinds of difficulties and by the government. The lack of seriousness and commitment, negligence, and between the Albanian government and international factors has often exceeded 500 million dollars. Instead of being used for employment, this money goes to tenders, roads and construction. Most investments are finding poor ground. Corruption in the administration, the lack of private property and legal insecurity are among the main causes. The beneficiaries, especially when they come from abroad, do not feel safe for long-term investments. Starting from these conditions, foreign businesses continue to be cautious. Citizens and the state still do not feel the benefit of direct foreign investment. This will be the basic argument about the country’s lack of benefit.
