Should the agreement be signed?

Even this historic moment is placed in a foggy whirlwind. Thus, perhaps since the beginning of the Kosovo problem, this time in a historic moment, but this time with an excess of our morning tears. The haste was natural, because what could be seen among politicians in Kosovo at this historic moment is that while in the center there is no longer ...
The leaders and analysts, dressed without restraint in the name of the people, seem to be speaking and preaching conflicts with the aim of prolonging the agreement, and calling for broad consensus.
How often is the plebiscite failing, while bloodshed is taking place? ... broad consensus.
The agreement and the crisis of the whole seem to show that implementation is clear, and that with actualization it continues, such that apparently they are willing to ... otherwise. Kosovo will be built through consultations. Political distancing in the current agreement as if the differences and the non-existent Kosovo are being widened from the broader one!
Stovari, Bosnia, Macedonia turned into Bosnia, Macedonia turned into Bosnia and Macedonia, apparently in the calming of Kosovo, the agreements ended tan-u-zoh[e]? of the prevës. A solution that is both desirable and to be decided now, if the ceasefire is rejected? They chose and were the first to propose such things with the joy of choice. Should the nonexistent agreement be signed? How is it signed after the coalition.
But what acceptable conclusion? Now, with the passage of France?
