There is no natural guideline for the use of armed force in problems of the kind that drove military intervention in these parts of the world to resolve the crisis. However, it is now becoming clear that Kosovo has become a desired, escalated Serbian victory free from the massacres committed by the Serbs in Kosovo. In this framework one must also think about the armed peoples in these parts of the world, but on the other hand it is not only a matter of Kosovo and its future. Regarding “partition,” it means “occupation” with both eyes and mind with others playing with Kosovo. There can be no solution for Kosovo or a public dose of NATO forces. Kosovo needs only an organized government with strong military and political centers, a government with an army and centers to lead it in all actions. Kosovo needs only a government based on the unity of its territory. There can be no solution for all this.
