The crisis of punishment

Fino: Majko like Berisha After the Prime Minister's meeting with the Socialist Party leaders in the districts The failure to punish the guilty, or even the Albanian surrogates, has narrowed us into such a state that not only those born, but also those alive for Albania, from what the power-seekers consecrate as a tool for rule. The time for such a solution, peaceful and calm, was clear. Still, that clear link is in circulation for so many officials undertaking strongmen that no one could resist it, the businesspeople of the majority and the parliamentarians or bloc groupings, their eye is on the hidden matters of its mouth. It is analyzed how much of the government is made up of the ruling coalition and how it has characterized its governance. With this, Prime Minister Majko and any of his close associates, detached and worried about parliamentarians, as he considers also the punishment of the guilty. By repeating and punishing his guilty ones, he has declared an anonymous war of such kind, but without real results it may not produce the same response against officials of this category. For the party, the boundaries of sanctions for corruption, abuses and violations are more different for ministers and administration officials. The question is raised: can everything be reorganized elsewhere? They present: everything is done, has done, and has been arranged, sustained and strengthened through placement in specialized state institutions; moreover, it should be situated and placed under some form of human revolutionary or even educational vote to re-legitimize power or privileges. Above all, social heads are dismissed and begin to gather; above all, social heads are dismissed and begin to gather, with their eyes tightly shut, their hands tightly clasped. There have not been few cases when such work, for example, seems to have changed political spots and more. It seems that through this concept, after times or through arrangements, it needs and must reach the stage. Further, in the words of the special one, if one has gained that anti-state punishment is a state matter, Majko. Instead of strengthening responsibility of his government, the point of departure, the punishment of their societies, these turn back against the heads and those who are inflamed or have invited and greatly upset them. Instead of making me speak of a “punishment” perhaps proper, or dwelling, it turns and remains behind the heads for the political elites of these places. The analysis of punishment, in the figurative sense, should not be missing either as human punishment or as punishment carried out with a human purpose? If it is compulsory and of changes within the same party remain in the word, then it has had the conservative to condemn. I think that instead of taking responsibility for the mistakes of governance, and instead of not listening to “punishment” perhaps, one should do it, but help with the knowledge and responsibilities of the times. Success, freedom have not been few in this one’s work for what is needed. Through this concept it is not human punishment and sentence, but more precisely the maximum punitive measures in which their enforcement was suffered. page 3
