Democracy and the party-state
GAVROSH LEVONJA
In the current conditions, when Albanian politicians are still without the name of the order of the mentality of the communist state, party-state bonom, the idea of a “divorce” between the broadening of many of those views of this mentality had these open expressions of a steep decline on the road to democratization of the country’s class. Albania has historically experienced only an authoritarian and repressive state. The experience of independence, starting from the years of Benesa, for example, which came with the victory of tekov[e?] rt. Majko, has been enough to set aside a very delicate problem, which is the way to a parliamentary scale that would solidify a state party in life. Perhaps it is because of this that Nano has brought in, “instinctively,” a government tendency to avoid having both the party chairman and the prime minister. On the other hand, Berisha too, so far with the platform, apart from the figure of the chairmanship of the PDS to be a present and moving chairmanship in the order. Above all, in opposing this illusion that Bashkim Fino is the second figure of the party, having his second government, Mubli e qeverisë, it is not clear that his close chairman will also not appear, while compensating and beyond that, nor the entire cabinet of the right wing. It seems that the socialist euphoria and the opposition, from the point of view of intervening in governance, and governance is often left to the winds. Enough, only yesterday it was quite a message-reading. Black and white, the confrontation is not of the public administration. It does not impress even the tenor that any Albanian hears, but when “his” governance has arranged and arrested Fatos Nano with special forces, happening once in his life and as a result sending the country toward social democracy, at least the country as a result of the movement of d[e?]ve and Nano’s activity.
Arrested in Korçë, transferred to Elbasan
The gang “5 dygane” uncovered
A gang with three names, linked to wanted criminals. The whole case has not been closed. Those arrested on Wednesday evening were transferred to Elbasan, where they are being investigated under serious charges. Among the suspects are people known as Cufka, Bane and Çeçuli. One fact that makes the case even more intriguing is information that the police call the “5 dygane gang” are in fact five, but have had not a few links with well-known criminals such as Suat Kllapi, Altin Arapi, Tevfik Kose, Bledi and Malko. If there is still inaccuracy, then with the same name and group the story has not ended. The entire scenario secured inside the pit
