The Balkans are like this because they have traumatic events and even more so in the efforts, with ingenuity, to break away from the bloody pasts, or more precisely from the excessive madness of conflict from Belgrade with the delay of the occupied territories. Always sensitivity, since those who awaken a special and nurtured grief. Iraq has nothing left to arrive at. To once have the illusion that the ancient can be easy when we have so much hatred-manifestation is a sin, and never without healing, and never repeating the disasters and dangers in all the territories. And it seems that the truths continue and go on, and at the end they have had enough. The origin? It took 69 days of war and alliances to put an end to a mild arrangement. On 2 June of that same year, Deputy Secretary of State Strobe Talbot and the Russian envoy Chernomyrdin gave in Belgrade the precondition, after which Belgrade ordered the withdrawal and departure of its troops and army from Kosovo. But in the meantime, it seems that Europe and the USA cannot decide without deciding except in the flow of events, finding themselves worse off than even the stragglers and the new rebels they themselves kept. This is utterly miserable and pitiable as its origin. While the benefit of the spirits from Kosovo lacks clarity, the surface above it calls for great attention. This is a miserable and sad picture. It seems that... It seems to me there are two important things: either events and sorrow are replaced and remade by states of waiting and rectification, or we will endlessly push forward with the sparks of a public chatterbox. The problem is that in Kosovo events have overturned ideas and, as a result, society is trapped in a political agony. For this reason, the whole post-war governing structure in Kosovo, discredited, has brought to light new protagonists who unfortunately are often unworthy. These are individuals who have found this opportunity for self-praise. They will be accompanied and will restore the status of a man gained. In Tirana, at any rate, better to reflect from afar on the ugly, transitional form. The general circumstances in the Balkans, and especially Kosovo, must be viewed in a different light. Moral and political responsibility must accompany us. An alarm is needed for the preparation of the new regional agenda. The aim of this is to make it possible to avoid a confrontation that is not political, but one that makes a direction and reconstruction more justified. We may not have noticed it, but the Balkans and Kosovo have never broken the thread of tragedies and coincidences, which for many seem terrifyingly predictable. So a new outlook is needed. One thing is clear: the recent shocks and tragedies in the region must find in time a route stopped in the capital.
