Last night it reached two weeks since the head of Albanian diplomacy had disappeared somewhere in several countries of Latin America. Fortunately, perhaps it was possible because after Mr. Milo he has undertaken such a visit. The only justifying argument that is given for this visit is the existence of an agenda of funds in a way from the main places of governance. The foreign minister has gone to Vlorë to hold a political rally. The issue does not have so much to do with the fact that Sali Berisha of the opposition elected by vote, Mr. Milo.
