Thus the clan-like, pan-Slavist and police genre of the PS segment, in the noisy but ridiculous administrative whirlpool (not so much) of the protest, present the head of the police, without resistance from any distribution, but certainly a rebellious act. Despite the almost professional point of view, the issue raised by the Tirana PS creates the overlap of party needs over professional ones and with consequences in directing reform in an institution with militaro-police attributes. It is no coincidence, the personalization of the bride and the Cypriot police? Perhaps also Nuke. Since a climate, as clear as Sokolovi, after which the Albanian police begins to withdraw. “From below” has begun not just the shortening of the institutional border of the police, but the unclear moral competence of this and of the area. Why here nudoj? Without all these unacceptable things from a police that, unlike the uncompromising ones, the political parties will always remain in perfection. Just as likely and exploitable, let it be peaceful or one-sided, but it means acceptable. More precisely, today’s one implies the loss of the necessary autonomy of the police. And it gives pre-state effectiveness. In defense of the PS, of course, there has been proclaimed over the innocent doubt of the police structure regarding depoliticization and the power of the neutrality of the cap, as a symbol of the Albanian policeman. Finally, for a display as ridiculous as it is frightening, there will remain the calm of the political staff within the framework of a police cap for services and control in it.
