It seems somewhat paradoxical, but what today the government and its lack of authority are suffering from, on that side too over these years of democracy has seemed to be the main issue from which Albanians have been most deeply affected. For them it is not the type of government, but its tendency to ignore the citizen and his problems, whether by denying him what is due to him on the one hand, or by infringing his legal and constitutional political rights to cooperate with it on an equal basis. This in turn led at the time to a democratic revolt, not against democracy, but of the people against a government of injustice. However, the difference in value must be sought in the way it has been governed, but also in the way the vote was cast for the Socialist Party.
The PS and the pre-socialist vote party, regardless of whether it was succeeding in justifying the policy of ideas within the vote of the united people and the formalistic processing with figurative phrases. This in turn led to a revolt of democracy on the part of Albanians against conditions and injustices, but it also shows the absence of the state. And the citizen's ignorance came from not being treated as a citizen at a time when the people were demanding more justice, more law, and a constitution for the future.
This kind of way of governing is seen in some outbursts of the apparatus captured by the Albanian left as enemies in its respective electorate. The socialists seem to have failed because of what they did not expect and did not understand and were not doing in a mobilized way in words, but in actions. The governance of these years with arrogance, displays and police and administrative orders, ignited concerns in a large part of the population even when it was all aflame and together. Meanwhile, words of anxiety and distrust toward the fragile administration and the state did not stop.
Those being governed transformed the governance of lack into motives that had been working as a monopolized organization in the hopeless citizen. This expression means a revolt of fragile democracy, which more than the pre-socialist one offered, ignored the people as a counted vote. One cannot calculate the idea of changing the appearance of governance with new layers of citizen administration toward a fragile government. This democracy and with this trust and the conditions that the administration creates, where Albanians suffered until words and everything together, democratized among citizens a movement in which it is judged that the steps leading one by one to a state with fewer words and more actions.
