PS: We have made mistakes, but Berisha has killed

Nano in Berat: Even if he prays tear for tear, he cannot wash away his sins Socialists land in Vlorë and, for the first time, make a public self-criticism for failing to keep some promises The Berisha line and Doctor Nano If, from language to the beads of the neck, the facts of the face and the determination of power, the leader of the Socialist Party Fatos Nano has chosen to send messages in order to embrace with solidarity the values of honesty, to speak and act with his own tricks in order to win the elections. Nano, after the meeting with the district structures, confirmed to journalists that his party aimed for compromise in the district and that it sought to be reborn, both in government and as a democratic force, as well as to refresh the spirit of the numerical campaign for the elections of 1 October. Berisha would frighten one for the parliamentary elections in Albania, the first to be voted on by the government of Fatos Nano, which has fallen in the polls and would raise the value of work. Asked about the language used with the tricks of his governance in Vlorë and about the confirmation of the candidates, Nano stated that the mistakes made by the government have damaged the image of the state but not its political premises. He described the Democratic Party as a force seeking destabilization and stressed that the opposition cannot evade responsibility for the events of 1997. The strongest parliamentary part for governing with a new life the history with promises to fight corruption with words, against schemes and to consider opening administrative spaces with the wisdom of the future. Berisha is accused of direct responsibility for the unrest of 1997 and for the political violence that engulfed the country at that time. Nano said that mistakes can be admitted and corrected, but murders and the destruction of the state are not forgiven. Seeking the return of trust in the left, he said that socialists must be closer to citizens and keep their promises. Continuing the campaign, PS leaders held meetings with citizens and supporters in Vlorë, where the candidacies, improvements in the administration, and the need for broader cooperation on the Albanian left were discussed. Nano said that the time for empty statements is over and that the electorate expects concrete work. page 5 American lottery, 3,500 visas for next year page 14

The Berisha line and Doctor Nano

If successful business is the ability to take money for everything, Nano has found such a job more than others. If it is true that politics makes the face pale, Berisha still keeps it bright. The two have become the figures of the election season, where one seeks to escape the burden of governing while the other seeks to escape the memory of the past. Nano knows that power is no longer calm when it has to account to the public. The unkept promises have returned to him like shadows, and he tries to soothe them by speaking of self-criticism, of returning to the people, and of a more honest administration. Berisha, on the other hand, behaves like a permanent opposition figure, even when the weight of 1997 follows him like a heavy political accusation. In this duel of words, each seeks to appear more credible to the electorate. Nano says mistakes can be corrected, but crimes cannot. Berisha seeks to escape judgment from the past by turning the battle into an attack on the government. In the end, the citizen remains between a late self-criticism and a memory that does not fade.
