BY ALEKSANDËR ÇIPA The Albanian opposition is assured by a positive victory. And this truth, intertwined with glorification, will not make the opposition triumphant for the leader of the debate, nor stable in the face of Berisha's democracy. When the values of the operationality of a decision are lowered and articulated as out of place and without purpose, and the totality of Berisha's democratic actions, when the value of institutionality is eroding the assessment of the opposition's problems in the plan, and is pushing the individual and the departures into secrecy, then it happens that the opposition loses the tactic of action. In what uncertainties, further on, the external factor, which enriches them, are further apathy and passivity sated with the electoral re-vote process? As long as the electoral process constitutes a problem for the opposition in the plan, what it truly needs is a clear alternative against the opposition's proclamation of manipulation, repression, removal and other kinds. The same pressure has been brought to us by the position; it has entered as a crown of declarations in the space where, for the moment, the government was boiling with unprecedented procedures of washing its hands in the seizure of the vote. With this development it is completely clear why Berisha's opposition comes and falls with all the terms of dilemmas over the disregarded fate of the opposition. The reactions to the non-opposition vote were in conflict, but supervised and with a confused opposition that, as soon as it appeared in Kosovo, mainly in Shtira, as well as in the national and local media and in Berisha's demonstrations. When the values of institutionality are clear, the opposition acts with moderation. On its part, unprofessionally, it begins by drafting this syndrome of its own discourse, of closeness, opposition and reforming.
